Founded in 1976 by a group of undergraduate students at Carolina, the UNC Clef Hangers boast a rich tradition of delighting crowds all across the world, from Scotland to Switzerland to New York to Los Angeles. The UNC Clef Hangers offer a varied and extensive selection of songs, which appeals to all ages and musical tastes. Recently, the Clefs have appeared twice on the Best of College A Cappella compilation CD's, and have been nominated on several occasions for the Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards.
