    IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DOWNLOADS
    • The MP3 files we sell are encoded at a 320kbs bit rate, for the highest quality playback experience. MP3 tags are included in the files for display in your MP3 or desktop music player, including artist, performer, CD cover image and more.
    • No digital rights management (DRM) is used on these files, so you will be able to play them on any MP3 player, and transfer them from your computer to another with ease.
    • Digital downloads are only available for 5 days after you complete your order. After that time, they will no longer be accessible.
    • Downloads are non-refundable, so choose carefully!

    DOWNLOAD HELP
    There are two ways to get to your download list:
    - Log in to your account and click the "Downloads" link to see your pending downloads;
    - Go to www.a-cappella.com/electronic_delivery_login to log in with your email address and order ID.

    WINDOWS USERS
    Click the "Download" link for each file in your list. Your browser should start to download the file. If your computer is set up to start playing a song when the download is complete, your default media player (like Windows Media Player or RealPlayer) should then open and begin playing the file.

    If download doesn't happen: Right-click the "Download" link on the electronic delivery page and choose "Save link as" or "Save target as", and you should then be able to save the .mp3 file to your computer.

    MAC USERS
    Most probably, Quicktime will open and try to download and/or play the file. It may even tell you that you have to upgrade to a paid version of Quicktime to save or play these files.

    YOU DO NOT HAVE TO UPGRADE TO QUICKTIME PRO TO SAVE THESE FILES!!

    Here's what you do:
    Option A: Hold down "Control" and then click the "Download" link for the song you want to save, and click "Save as," then put it where you want it on your hard drive.

    Option B: Let the song play through once in your browser, then they just to go to File -> Save Page As.. at the top of the browser window, and save the MP3 to your hard drive as you would any other file. *Note: The file doesn't HAVE to play all the way through, but the download indicator on the Quicktime player needs to be 100% otherwise the mp3 file will not save properly.
