Can you place an order for your school or church using a purchase order?
Absolutely! We are happy to offer open billing for established school and church accounts.

How to order with a purchase order

You may use a school or church purchase order (or request that we bill you for your order) rather than pre-pay online. We ask that you fax us a copy of your purchase order to 207-244-7613. We will contact you within 2 business days regarding your order and when you can expect to receive it.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped either by UPS Ground (if over $100 in value) or via the US Postal Service (if under $100 in value). Transit times from Maine vary from 2-7 days, depending on your location. For a full description of our shipping charges, click here.

Backorders

If your school or organization does not honor orders that include backordered items, and doesn't allow them, please notify us of this when ordering. We often will ship what we have in stock and send backorders separately, sending invoices for multiple shipments separately.

Billing and Terms

School and church balances are due within 30 days. *When ordering, please specify the bill-to address (where we should send the invoices) AND the ship-to address (if different).
