Returns Policy


We do stand by what we sell, but we also understand that mistakes, mis-ships and damage happens in the online retail business. In that spirit, here's what we will and will not take back:

We CAN take back, within 30 days:



  • UN-opened CDs
  • Undamaged sheet music, songbooks or accessories
  • Items that we mis-shipped or mis-packed
  • Items that were damaged in transit

We CANNOT take back:

  • OPENED CDs: We cannot take back CDs if they have been opened and/or played.
  • SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: We cannot accept returns on special order items, meaning any item that is not listed on the website. We are happy to help our customers locate and purchase sheet music or songbooks that we don't carry in our regular inventory, but the customer must determine that the product is suitable before contracting to purchase the product through A-Cappella.com.
  • MOUTH-BLOWN PITCH PIPES
RETURN FORMS are on the back of every invoice you receive with your shipment. As stated on the form, RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE.
