US Postal Service mail is our STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD. Packages can be delivered to both PO boxes and street addresses via US mail.

FIRST-CLASS INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL
First-Class Mail International - A little bit slower than Priority International Mail, but more economical for smaller packages. Transit times vary greatly by country, but generally take 7-21 days. Shipping charges will be calculated online as you order.

**PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying any taxes or import duties that are owed. We do NOT pay duties for you, nor do we add them to your shipping costs.

HINTS:
  • First-Class Mail International may be less expensive that Priority International, especially for 1 or 2 CDs or just a few pieces of sheet music. Try both methods when checking out to compare.
  • Orders over $300 may be contacted with a modified shipping quote, due to the different combinations of products and weights involved in the items we sell.
  • A-Cappella.com reserves the right to change your shipping method, based on our experiences with the various carriers, to ensure the safe and quick delivery of your package.
PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL
PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL is available to almost every country in the world.   Transit time is generally 6-10 days, but may take longer, depending on the destination country. We do not offer tracking or insurance on International Priority Mail shipments. If tracking and insurance is required, please select Express Mail International (see rates below).

Our site only uses two different shipping regions to calculate priority international shipping costs:
- Canada and Mexico
- Most other countries (very few exceptions apply; see below for countries that we will not ship to.*)


There are two Priority International packaging options:

FLAT RATE ENVELOPES: ALL THAT WILL FIT; 4 LB MAXIMUM WEIGHT
Canada & Mexico: Shipping costs US$13.00
All other countries: Shipping costs US$15.00
FLAT RATE BOXES: ALL THAT WILL FIT; 20 LB MAXIMUM WEIGHT - No insurance or tracking available
Canada and Mexico: Shipping costs US$28.00
All other countries: Shipping costs US$44.00.
These flat rate boxes will hold up to 42 CDs or up to 20 pounds (11.3 kilos) of any combination of materials. We have designed our online shipping tables to reflect the use of these products. Actual shipping costs will be calculated as you order online.



EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL
EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL - INSURED AND TRACKABLE ON-LINE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Another option for shipping internationally, Express Mail International DOES include insurance (up to $100 value is free) and tracking capabilities. Rates are based on weight and destination, and are calculated as you order online.

Q: Can I return a CD if I just don't like it?

Q: Can I return a CD if I just don't like it?
A: Unfortunately, no. We don't deal in used CDs, so we can't re-sell a CD once it's been played. PLEASE take advantage of the sound clips on a CD's page to get a sense of whether you'll like the album or not BEFORE you buy it.

Q: Do I have to pay shipping on a return?
A: If the error was on our part, no. We will send you a pre-paid mailer for return of any incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective item(s), and will cover the cost of getting the replacement item(s) to you.

If you return something because you ordered the wrong item, you find out that you already have it, or someone gave it to you as a gift and you really don't want it, then shipping charges are your responsibility. Remember: We cannot accept returns on opened and played CDs.

Q: Do I have to pay shipping charges on exchanges?
A: If you want to exchange an item for something else in our catalog, then you are responsible for shipping charges both ways. The cost for sending the new item(s) out to you will be the actual postage cost plus a $1 re-stocking fee. Please send an email to order@a-cappella.com to receive your exchange form via email, or use the form printed on the back of your package's invoice. Please include this form with any returns or exchanges, along with either a credit card number or check or money order to cover any price differences.

Q: Do you send partial shipments? If so, who is responsible for shipping charges?
A: If we think that the backordered item(s) will be in stock soon, then we usually will hold on to the rest of the order, to save shipping charges for both the customer and ourselves. If you choose to have the in-stock items sent ahead of the backordered items, shipping charges will apply to both shipments, though the backordered item's shipping will be charged at our actual cost (not our published shipping rates). You will be given this option in the email confirmation you receive from us when your order is processed.

Q: Do I have to pay shipping and handling on items like tickets and gift certificates?
A:No. These are considered "SERVICE" items and do not have any shipping and handling charges associated with them. However, our site does require something be entered as a shipping method during checkout, so please choose "Service" for these items ONLY. If you happen to choose this method for ineligible items, your order total will be adjusted upon processing, and the difference charged to your credit card.

Q: There were some items missing from my last shipment - what do I do?
A: If there is ever a problem with any order you receive from us, send an email to order@a-cappella.com or call us toll-free at 800-827-2936. Please include your name, order number and quick summary of the problem in the message so we can check things out and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
