Digital downloads are only available for 5 days after you complete your order. After that time, they will no longer be accessible, and will be listed as "Expired" once you log in to the download area.

Trouble getting files to play?: See help suggestions below. Depending on how your browser is configured, clicking on "download" should start to play the song in your browser, or default media player (if you have one specified).

Quicktime users: When the song starts playing, right click on the play bar, a menu should pop up, enabling you to choose "Save As Source" to save the file on your computer. YOU DO NOT NEED QUICKTIME PRO TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES!! See note about Quicktime below.

Electronic Delivery - How to Download Your MP3s

1) In the box to above, enter your Order ID and email address (the one you used when you placed your order), and click "Get My Files"

WINDOWS USERS:
2) Once you log in, you should see a list of pending downloads. Click the "Download" link and your browser should start to download the file. If you your computer is set up to then start playing it when the download is complete, your default media player (like Windows Media Player) should then open and begin playing the file.

If download doesn't happen: Right-click the "Download" link and choose "Save link as" or "Save target as", and you should then be able to save the .mp3 file to your computer.
If QUICKTIME tries to take over, see note about QUICKTIME in Mac User instructions below. NOTE: You do NOT need Quicktime Pro to download your files!

MAC USERS
Option A: Hold down "Options" and then click the "Download" link for the song you want to save, and click "Save as," then put it where you want it on your hard drive.

Option B: If Quicktime hijacks the download, let the song play through once in your browser, then just to select File -> Save Page As.. at the top of the browser window, and save the MP3 to your hard drive as you would any other file.

*Note: The file doesn't HAVE to play all the way through, but the download indicator on the quicktime player needs to be 100% otherwise the mp3 file will not save properly.
