Maine Steiners: You Play the Guiro (CD)
Be the first to review this product
The newest studio album from the Maine Steiners, this one marks the group's 50th anniversary on campus! With pop hits by Fuel ("Shimmer"), Paul Simon ("You Can Call Me Al"), The Dandy Warhols ("Bohemian Like You"), a country tune by Ricky Skaggs ("Bury Me Beneath the Willow") and oldies by Dion and the Belmonts ("Runaround Sue") and Otis Day & The Nights ("Shama Lama Ding Dong"), this one's got a little bit for everyone. All arrangements are done by the group members themselves (past & present), as was the production in their own studio (). Pretty impressive, gentlemen. Keep up the great work!
