Voces Voces (CD)

Voces is a new addition to The Acappalla Company's roster of groups. Formed in 2003, Voces is comprised of brothers Nathan, Carolos and Ike Gonzales. Growing up singing in El Paso, Texas, these guys have that "familial blend" thing going for them, and it is very evident here in the smooth production by Gary Moyers. Michael Forehand (of Vocal Union) also associate-produced and mixed the album. All in Spanish (with liner notes and lyrics to match), the CD is basically three-part, male, contemporary Christian music, with just a touch of an ethnic Hispanic musicality ("Tan Lejos (East to West)" is the most indigenous sounding of the bunch).
