This is the second volume in a collaborative project between Northern Harmony's Patty Cuyler and Matlakala Bopape from South Africa, to publish SATB choral arrangements of South African folk, church, protest and indigenous soungs. The book includes background essays and written transcriptions in both western notation and tonic sol-fa, and is accompanied by a CD of performances of the pieces, a teaching CD with texts read and various individual parts sung to help people learn by ear, and an instructional DVD. There is an additional shipping charge of $1.50 for this item.
