Wow. This CD is burning hot. The Lawrence, KS-based quartet thanks groups like the House Jacks in their liner notes, and it's immediately clear why - if you like the sound of the 'Jacks first disc and groups whose albums are nearly all originals, don't wait to buy this one! The production stands out within seconds as being a cut above. Opening cut "I Have a Plan" has a hard-rock edge that'll amaze your friends, and the lushness of the one cover - Wizard of Oz' "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" will give you chills! "Give It Up" is reminiscent of Boyz Nite Out's originals, and... well, we could go on, but we won't. We'll let you discover the rest of the fun yourself.
