"If you want to get an audiance pumped and motivated this one is the best. I heard the Moses Hogan Choir do it and it was the most moving song that I ever sang in college. It has taken me a while to find it for my choir. You will not be disappointed. "

"The CD is just awesome and magnificent!! Everytime I hear the CD I keep thinking that Moses Hogan has out done himself again!! But one of the best songs ever is probably "The Battle of Jericho!" From experience I know because I made New Mexico All-State choir before and I sang 2 of his pieces...and "The Battle of Jericho" is just so amazing. It was our last piece to perform and every time we rehearsed that song from the beginning to the end I got tired and excited at the same time. The piece is so big I can't help but sweat and smile after the last chord. I'm a tenor when I sang it and I was just mesmorized by our sound as was our conductor. But I have to say that Moses Hogan was my inspiration to decide to become a composer myself. "

"The Cardinal Chorale of the All Ohio Youth Choir did this the last year my son was a member and it brought down the house every time. The audience was on it's feet and screaming for more every time. It's very challenging but oh what a rewarding experience for singer AND audience member!!!!!"

"I was in a competition choir in Toledo, Ohio and we sang Mr. Hogan's "Battle of Jerico" and "Elijah Rock". They were the most amazing arrangments and an utter joy to sing. They made me feel the songs down to my soul and they will forever be a part of me. "
