A serene a cappella motet celebrating the Redeemer, part of the larger Lux Aeterna for Chorus, Orchestra and Organ. The piece was premiered in Los Angeles in 1997 by the Los Angeles Master Chorale. The changes in meter to accommodate the natural rhythm of the chant that it's based on may present a challenge to a beginning choir.

"I sang this piece in select chorus last year, and it was the most beautiful piece we sang throughout my high school career. When all the voices are in tune, and the dynamics are followed, this piece will bring tears to your eyes. It's gorgeous."
