Here's some music history, and not just for a cappella! This 5.1 Surround Sound set includes two discs - one with ten tracks of 5.1 Surround Sound DVD-Audio! It's an amazing experience to be immersed in men's ensemble the Madhatters for "Here's To The Night," and women's group Tangled Up In Blue on "Breathless." There's also a 10-track stereo disk which holds both DVD Audio and Video formats on a 1 sided DVD disc (which may just be the first time this has been technically achieved)! Your player will select the proper format.
The arrangements and singing are deserving of all this expensive production. Big kudos to Chris Yahng, who not only spearheaded the project but founded both groups, the first on the U. Wisconsin-Madison campus! (39:22, 27:42 2002)
