Basix has released a limited edition of an EP with 3 songs from their Star People show. The group has asked 3 different mixers to help them give the songs a new sound: Bill Hare, Stig Kreutzfeldt and Oli Poulsen.
Highlights: ALL OF IT! The opening VP salvo of "Treat Her Like a Lady" is just primer for this dance machine, which is nicely rounded out by club-worthy "Star People." "Knowing Me, Knowing You" explores the sensitive - but insanely talented - side of the group. Check it out!

"When I see an EP, I never know what to expect. Should it be an awesome preview or a trial run? As a trial run, the production is good, but I sense some tuning issues. It is not as solid as their past work and arrangements. I feel the original sound that comes from BaSix, but something is missing. "Star People" is by far the best on the album, while the other two are entertaining, but are lacking in areas of either tuning or complexity of arrangement."
