Recorded in 1968 and 1969, these tracks include standards ("I Will Wait For You") and rare recordings - specifically, the long sought-after 'The Four Freshmen in Tokyo' LP that was never released in the U.S. (including gorgeous "The Shadow Of Your Smile", with ample a cappella interludes). Also included are pop hits of the day ("Michelle," "Cherish"). Great liner notes by Frosh Ross Barbour puts these tracks in perspective of the group's long career. (68:26 2002)
