Four Freshmen, The: Still Fresh
Be the first to review this product
Through many incarnations of this musical "institution," the music of The Four Freshmen is still flawless. Under the direction of original member Bob Flanigan, the four newest members are keeping this musical tradition alive. The only downside is that this album doesn't contain any a cappella tracks, but that's of secondary importance to the vocal performances. Among the finest are "Where Do You Start," beautiful ballad "Moonlight In Vermont" and "Meaning of the Blues," from Bob Troup (a name associated with the group throughout its history). (40:25 1999)
