A fast swing a cappella arrangement of this Yellowjackets tune provides a challenge to more advanced singers. It starts voiced in octaves with a very singable melody. As the tune progresses, so does the complexity of the melody, harmony, and rhythm. With a walking bass line throughout, plus a solo section and big band-sounding "shout" section, the challenge is worth the effort. Recorded on UNC's Hot XIII. SSATBB a cappella. *Note: There is a 16-measure section where vocal parts aren't specified, but chord symbols are present for improvisation.
