The "new" Four Freshmen sound terrific on this studio recording produced by The Four Freshmen Society. Both the voices and the instrumentals are strong, as ensembles and as soloists. As always, the choice of songs is stellar, with familiar standards such as "Skylark" and Cole Porter's "It's All Right With Me" complemented by slightly lesser-known gems such as Mercer's "Early Autumn." "September Song" starts off with a gorgeous a cappella introduction, and "That Old Feeling" features a jazz whistle solo!  (42:13 2005)

Song List:
It's All Right With Me (Porter)
My One and Only Love (Mellin/Wood)
Skylark (Mercer/Carmichael)
If I Only Had a Brain (Willis/Arlen)
Early Autumn (Mercer/Herman/Burns)
Something's Gotta Give (Mercer)
How Do You Keep the Music Playing (Legrand/Bergman)
That Old Feeling (Brown/Fain)
September Song (Anderson/Weill)
If I Had You (Shapiro/Campbell/Connelly)
You've Changed (Carey/Fischer)

"How Do You Hear the Music Playing is played about 4 or 5 times when I play the CD. Also some other songs are played more than once."
