Longtime barbershop fans have been longing for this release for years! Boston Common was a seminal quartet; their sound set the standard for all quartets that followed. The LPs of these 1980 champions have long been out of print. Now, on this incredible two-CD set, they have collected their four albums, plus six new songs they recently discovered were recorded, but never published - 45 songs in all! The new tunes include a Burt Szabo arrangement of "I Wonder What's Become of Sally," as well as an original Christmas song by Bob Godfrey (arranged by Lou Perry). The first CD includes "It's a Good Day," "Imagination," "Sentimental Journey," and "What'll I Do." Disc two has "Barbershop Strut," "Roses of Picardy," and "My Melancholy Baby," among others.
