Sound Revival originally formed in 1973 in the Mid-Atlantic District (MAD). By 1976 they had captured the MAD championship, and over the first part of their career hit the stage at eight Internationals. They retired in 1985 but reunited in 1997. Then they entered the Senior competition in 2001 and made it to the Internationals. This CD captures their later sound, enthusiastically singing tunes like "When My Sugar Walks Down The Street," classic "Top Of The World," and beautiful ballad "By The Bend of the River." For enthusiasts of mature barbershop quartets. (35:23 2003)
