Heart of Texas Chorus: With a Song in My Heart (CD)

The Heart of Texas Chorus shares its big heart with five quartets: Sterling, Renaissance, Shepherd's Flock, Southern Gentlemen and Bookendz, as well as a 13 member ensemble called HOT Lite on this CD. With all this talent, With a Song in My Heart is a great CD with lots of variety and some polished performances. The chorus does a swell job with Waesche's "Fly Me to the Moon" arrangement. The arrangements of Somewhere Over the Rainbow are many, but the Steinkamp/Martinez one performed here is beautifully done.
