GNU has logged more consecutive appearances at the men's barbershop international chorus competition than any other group. This CD charts their progress, from their 1987 debut through five medallist performances. It's a great way to hear a chorus, since the competition stage tends to bring out their best: intense ballad "Forgive Me;" intensely funny, medal winning lawyer spoofs from 1995; to swinging "Paper Doll," these performances positively simmer with vocal energy!
