This men's chorus pulls off a chameleon act, changing styles with songs as they sample the wide array of sacred Christian repertoire. Their barbershop roots show in places, such as opener "Great Day" and "When I Lift Up My Head." But their musical umbrella includes Thomas Tallis' Renaissance "If Ye Love Me", Franz Biebl's well-known "Ave Maria, "Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence" from the Liturgy of St. James, and GLAD's Contemporary Christian, astonishing "God Is My Rock." Champion quartet Happiness Emporium contributes two tracks, including "Run, Run, Run" with its popular tag. Very impressive, very musical! (29:47 2005)
