Various (Barbershop) Voices In China
Be the first to review this product
In 2001, the first barbershoppers from the U.S. started spreading their music in China. Several exchanges have followed, including a March 2002 "teaching expedition" by nine high profile quartet singers from the U.S., which included members from City Lights, Boston Common, Classic Edition and Bluegrass Student Union. This recording is a musical chronicle of the historic exchange, with American and Chinese singers sharing harmoniously on the stage. Proceeds help benefit The Harmony Exchange, Inc. which continues to bring barbershop to China. (30:26 2002)
