With this CD, Paul Hillier and The Pro Arte Singers bring us a selection of carols from England and America, ranging from the fifteenth century to the twentieth. The pieces were selected by Hillier and reflect his experience with carol singing in both countries. They range from the familiar to those we rarely hear, but all are beautifully performed. The Pro Arte Singers are joined here by the Indiana University Children's Chamber Choir. (62:58 1998, 2002)
