This two-CD set is the recording of a concert given by the St. Olaf Choirin the summer of 1988 in Seoul, Korea, just prior to the opening of thesummer Olympic games. Their world-class talent is apparent on classicslike Randall Thompson's "Alleluia" and Copland's "In the Beginning." Theyalso capture some of the regional flavor of Korea in "Two Korean FolkSongs."
