Subtitled "Folk Songs, Spirituals and Hymns II" this CD adds to the growing catalog of beautifully produced recordings by The Concordia Choir, directed by conductor and composer René Clausen. The beauty of the sound is the combination of very talented, young singers from Concordia College being lead by a masterful director. The joy is in listening to fairly simple arrangements sung so beautifully that at times it makes one's spine tingle. Highlights include a rafter-raising "Ain't Got Time To Die", and a very touching "Gracious Spirit". There is not a weak track on this CD. (61:01 2005)
