One of Minnesota's premiere choral ensembles does it again with this eclectic mix of classical gems, traditional spirituals, folk songs, and ethnic melodies. "Past Life Melodies" has a haunting, drone-like quality; "Oh Yes" jumps with jubilance; Fissinger's "Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho" is duly dramatic and very interesting; Daglish's "Little Potato" even has some vocal percussion-like sounds!
