Scored for SSAA Chorus and Soprano solo. As you would expect from the title, this one has a lot of dissonance and depends on having some independent and confident singers. Rhythms are often ad-libbed, the harmonies are very contemporary, and the piece lends itself to a bit of self-parody and stage-acting by the singers. A fun and challenging piece based on the poem by Lord Byron (The Vision of Judgement).
