Kudos to the makers of this album for choosing material that is not seen on every other compilation. The result is a great sampling of doo-wop artistry. There are only three groups involved, giving it great continuity and making the listening seamless. Some highlights include The Encounters in a peppy version of "Please Don't Cheat On Me," and a Frankie Valli-esque version of "Now That You're Gone," "Come Back To Me" and the beautiful "Two People In The World" by Frankie & the Fashions. There's also two smooth ballads, "My Heart's Desire" and "This Is Love To Me" from - you guessed it - the Balladeers. This is a great compilation for any a cappella collection!
