There are venues that are more prestigious than the Royal Albert, but not many. As expected, Ladysmith does the hall justice. Joseph Shabalala gives the listener a little romance with their fun "Hello My Baby," and takes a more serious note in "Ngamthola," where they sing about finding someone to trust. For people looking for old favorites, the CD ends on the famous and often-emulated "Homeless." All Ladysmith CDs are fabulous, and this one no less so. (74:17 1999)
