The Village Vocal Chords "VVC" is chartered with Harmony, Inc., a women's international chorus organization. Members of the chorus travel from all over Northeast Illinois and Indiana to practice weekly. The chorus has won 15 International Championships since 1976, most recently in 2005. Thirteen songs fill the CD, in the tried and true barbershop style, including a gospel medley with "How Great Thou Art," "In the Sweet By and By," "I'll Fly Away," and "When the Roll is Called Up Yonder."
