Stunning arrangement of a deeply moving poem

"This arrangement is particularly moving when performed larghetto. I was moved to tears every time my choir performed this piece. The harmonies begin simply and low in the register, then build to such an emotional swell in pitch, intensity, and dynamic near the end, only to resolve in a soft unison. So moving, so beautiful. Please try this piece with your group. My group was an advanced high school choir, and it was well-suited to us. I urge you to try it with your group."
