From the group's web site: " The idea for the Stained Glass project began when Tack Chumbley approached us in 2003, but it took a while to find just the right combination of voices. Debbie and Karen's musical ability and experience made for an amazing addition to this onevoice project. All 10 songs were recorded in just 2 days during Christmas Break 2005.

Long before the advent of Southern Gospel and contemporary Christian music, churches rang with majestic hymns written during the 18th and 19th centuries. In their Stained Glass CD, onevoice presents these great songs of faith in a way that is sure to inspire all who hear them. Also included are prayers of Samuel Johnson, the inimitable 18th century lexicographer and believer, as read by Kenny (Tack) Chumbley.
