Most of the 23 pieces on this CD are taken from two previously released albums; Christmas with the Cambridge Singers and Christmas Day in the Morning. There are four new tracks. Some of the tracks are lightly accompanied but most are a cappella. One would be hard pressed to find fault in a single track of this beautiful and huge (1 hr and 18 min.) Christmas album. John Rutter's Cambridge Singers consistently perform with clarity, feeling, and musicality. If you don't own one of these albums already this is a must have for your Christmas collection, if you do own one, buy it anyway and give it to a good friend. They'll love you for it. (77:30 2003)
