Billed as 'Derric Johnson's Vocal Orchestra,' ReGeneration has been wowing vocal harmony fans for almost 30 years. They toured nationally for 12 years, travelling over a million miles, singing 6,000 live performances for over 12,000,000 people! They have 42 recordings to their credit, including one GOLD album.

They've appeared on Burl Ives' NBC-TV special 'Winter Celebration' as well as sung at ABC-TV's Pro Bowl half time show, done 400 headline shows at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL, and sung 1800 shows for colleges, high schools, service clubs, prisons and military bases.

After a lengthy recording hiatus, ReGeneration is back with this gorgeous new collection of sacred arrangements by Derric Johnson. The songs range in style from sweet traditional to lush vocal jazz, featuring vocalists from some of a cappella's best-known artists (like Kevin Miles and Tony DeRosa from barbershop quartet 'Platinum' - and their vocal superstar spouses!).

"It is good to hear the old songs again, and some newer ones, but the general sound is of American church of the 70s. Love the seamless presentation of 'O The Deep, Deep Love --'.Use it to demonstrate seamless backing to some of the 90s charts we do. Sops etc. being used to singing melody lines, don't always sing backings to tenor or bass melodies well enough. Not sure if I like the vibrato in some of the voices; generally "white sound" gives a better locking of overtones in a cappella. But overall a worthwhile CD thanks."

"Derric Johnson is simply the best small group a capella composer/arranger there is. ReGen singers are unique and deliver to the soul! I've heard them many times, have many records and will acquire this one! God bless ReGen.!"
