This time around the Axidentals feature Duke Ellington's "Caravan," an arrangement penned by Darmon Meader and Peter Eldridge of New York Voices. "Quiet Now" is a gentle a cappella arrangement, and their adaptation of Paul Simon's "You Can Call Me Al" is extremely well-crafted. Et Cetera's acappella set includes classics such as "Singing In The Rain" and "If I Only Had A Brain." Sus 4's performance of "A Night In Tunisia" features a great scat solo, and the touching "For All We Know" gets a gorgeous unaccompanied treatment. Five a cappella arrangements, many of which are available for purchase (see song list below for purchase links), and the accompanied tunes deserve a look too! Sixteen tracks in all. (52:19 1992)
