I was so impressed by this CD and group that I got in contact with Britt Quentin to perform "Come Together" with my own vocal jazz group. BaSix has some amazing arrangements that highlight their jazzy pop abilities - that is sometimes missing in the vocal jazz world. They do justice to covers and impress your ear with their own arrangements such as "Sweet Misery" and "Right Now," which I consider to be the best tracks. They play with humor on "Dining Out" and groove with "Come Together." Definitely not a CD to be missed.
