I had never heard this song before until I sang it in high school this past school year. I was already a big fan of Moses Hogan, but this song only increased my admiration for him ten-fold. With it's simplistically enchanting melody and harmonies, this song is one of Hogan's best. Every time we sang it in choir, it brought tears to my eyes with its beauty. I would highly recommend this song for any women's choir. I promise, you WON'T be disappointed!
